Katie turned 1 today and we had a big party for her. it is the first time in a long time that she has been healthy for a good while. She chomped her way through 2 plates of food, one of which was her brothers but he did not seem to mind too much. She also devoured one of the biggest slices of birthday cake I have ever seen a child eat! She enjoyed the day, was given lots of wonderful gifts and spent the day with people who care for her very much.
